Probably a warning: "We won't tolerate anyone one complaining about our game in the future it's bad PR so now we make a warning closing and act tough and then you know what will happen if you complain about any bugs that are in the soon to be released SMACX" *
That or they though you guys posting 500 times would crash their servers .

* Maybe Firaxians punctuate better than that
though.

Maybe BR is letting his kids vent" daddy's angers in here, or maybe there's a new intern. Ahhh, silly me, it's a new plot to generate interest ! Or maybe the forum plainly has become buggy, after all, SMACX is approaching and may be contag -- nevermind.

Unbelievable, that's the first time in a long time I seen a thread closed. Actually I never seen one closed just a couple taken off completely. Do we actually have a moderater?

Nope. Here's the story, as I understand it. Yesterday, BusterMan introduced his brother to the forums. Apparently, this brother wanted to join, so he did. Being stuck without a user name, he looked at all the listings under "moderator" and noticed they were all "none", so he chose that as his user name. The strange thing is that using the name "none" he gained power over all of the forums which had "none" listed as their moderator. So he closed off a couple of threads--useless ones. In the final chapter of the saga, Firaxis took away his account under "none" and deleted all of the "none"s under moderator. Note that there are now no "none"s under that category when you go to the forum listing. Now "none" is back as "I was the moderator". Makes you wish you'd thought of that, eh?

I see now. I wish I thought of that. It used to say moderated by none. I seen someone create a blank login name once. Maybe if you do that you can become moderator.
