Is Cash Crash a random event? May I get rid of it? Or lower the possibility of it? It beat me hard!

Yes it's a random event. You can get rid of it by disabling it in the rules when you start the game. It usually happens when you get over 10000. I'll recommend keeping random events and always keep your cash below 1000.

Here comes another question. Don't you think it is impossible to win the game by econoimc power? When you have enough money (energy) to "buy" all the city, there must be not much city leave in the game. In this case, you can almost win by conquer or easily win by diplomatic.

On Trancend I got ECOVictory in 2405 as MORGAN for 186000e. Used the blackhole defence the entire game. Sort a boring realy!

yes I have never won by economic victory they always quote me some outrageous value to buy off all the bases. Even when I switch to fundy. The only viable way to do this is make a beeline to the tech that allows you to win by economic victory and save all your energy. If you get there soon enough there won't be too many enemy bases to pay for.
