how can i issue a command to GAIN CONTROL of all units to stop what they are doing so i can give them new orders. this WAITING turn after turn to get control SUCKS. somebody was asleep at the wheel at FIRAXIS. didn't they play this game after they made it?

Firaxis say they playtested SMAC, but i think they never found the Ctrl-C (interrupt) key.
