I'm playing the Gaians, allied with the University and the Peacekeepers, against a Spartan-Hive alliance. Doing very well, too.
Bam.
Spartans use the games first PB. Out goes my Hunter-Seeker Algorithim.
Bam.
Spartans use the games second PB. Out goes my Cloning Vats.

I got Planetbusted today too... I was playing Santiago and my so-called Pact Sister Deidre was trying to be sneaky and steal tech with probe teams. The first couple times I let it slide cause I was busy with Lal and wanted my Pact Sister to have some tech, but she just got tooooo greedy.
Lal gave up, but Deidre kept trying to be clever. Then the sunspots hit, and I sent a bunch of X Shard Choppers to nervegas her cities. She Planetbusted my city at the Borehole Cluster with the Supercollider and Theory of Everything at it. I guess she figued if I wasn't going to let her steal the tech, she wouldn't let me keep getting it either. But, that was her last act of deviance. The superior Spartan forces crushed her, and by the time the sunspots ended, her faction had been exterminated.
Okay, this was a boring post. But, it was one of my more fun games in a while and it fit in so nicely with the topic of getting PB'd.
