The release date will be given when SMACx is 75% finished. They plan to have it 80% finished on the release date and sell SMACx as a 100% finished product. The same way they did it with SMAC....

I found it somewhere, you know, just lying around. Actually MarkG, I found it at Adrenaline Vault.
