There is a thread at ACOL calling for Yin to be banned. What utter hypocrisy.
Here is what he is charged with:-
1. He has not caused any offence to the Firaxis staff
2. He has not co-ordinated a bug list
3. He has not written anything in praise of Firaxis
4. He has not claimed that anyone has tried to ban him
5. On alpha.owo he declared that he wouldn�t post after 500 (he did, though, albeit very modestly). Such restraint is just not acceptable here.
Rise up and defend the noble Yin over at ACOL

I'm going to get over there right now to pledge my support to Yin. I suggest you all do the same!

RC, that has to be a joke. Yin26 is still expressing his dissatisfaction with Firaxis's strange Public Relations. He's coordinating the Civ3 list of suggestions at Poly (and was at Firaxis.com). Just because he doesn't spit fire every day is certainly no reason for people to be so mad. At least he is working for a postive change or effect and not whining.
Ban Yin? Not without banning me. Not that I would be a loss, but I wouldn't want to have any part of a place doing that.

this is not my opinion, but from what I heard Yin is a really great guy but has some serious problems - he's apprently a real prick

Can anybody point me to a good "how-to" hacking site? It looks like I need to do a little homework before I 'visit' ACOL.

You'd be happy to know that those were the most common words that came up during my last family therapy/paroll meeting. We were talking, of course, about Imran.
