Ok i recently downloaded ACEdit and the vb runtimes needed to use it. Everything is great except editing my pcx files. The bottom line is, it wont let me...its like they are locked out or something.....i can view them, and thats all i can do...HOW DO YOU EDIT THEM!!!

Do you have "Imaging for Windows"? Whenever I open up a pcx file and editing it. I use cut and paste.

The file may be read-only. Go into its properties and click the little box next to "archive".

I finally am able to get my PCX to work correctly in the game...except I have a light blue sqaure background around all of my bases and also my faction logo (I think). There may have been other instances, but I didn't play long enough to check. I used PaintShopPro 6.0beta and I thought I used transparency correctly.
I've heard other people complain about this too. Any suggestions or fixes?
