I'm not sure if this is a bug, but since I downloaded enhancement 4.0, I'm no longer able to see the detail map on the lower right corner. Has anyone experienced this same problem?

I don't have that problem. A crucial file may have become corrupted when you applied the patch.
I had several interface problems which went away when I uninstalled/reinstalled. Maybe that would work for you. Of course you'd have to reapply the patch.
