I personally have yet to repeal the UN charter mainly because its probably not a really good idea (especially in Vendetta against the Hive).

I have never repealed the charter either. I have no reason to use gas or pb's to conquer. I can take over entire factions in one year with conventional units soon as I get mind machine interface.

I haven't used many atrocities lately. I usually get vicious if I'm fighting an AI faction that has grown big because all the other AI factions didn't bother them. Sooner or later, they'll try to swarm me, so I have to destroy their cities and production rapidly with PBs, nerve gas, and probes to get parity. They usually have too many useless bases anyway.
