Stasis Archon, you're right, but there's one other thing that makes it impossible, on his profile it says date registered: 7-16-99.

No, I just checked the Beta testers, BRIAN REYNOLDS FIRAXIS is BRIAN's real name. He never comes here, in fact with the new game, I don't think he'll ever even look at the game.
Another question:
Where does Sid Meier work at:
(a) Microprose
(b) Firaxis
(c) somewhere
