Alright, I go on vacation and when I come back there is a pleasent surprise, patch 4.0, but what the hell is in it? I'm downloading it as I write this so please respond soon, that is if anyone I knew before is still out there. Now all I need to wait for is a Meade dealer near me to stock Meade ETX 125 ECs and I'll be happy as a clam. By the way, when is SMACX coming out, I have completely lost touch and need to get back to work on the forums.

I don't think smacx will be out till fall. Just guessing. I don't know how long you were gone, but a lot of people moved to the asian flu site(ACOL).

4.0 fixed the unlimited range missle bug and a few others. They added the manifold nexxus. It adds 1 to planet rating or something. Nothing really great. The load times are about 3 times as long with the patch. It fixed a lot of bugs we were complaining about 3 months ago, but of course there are new ones. I get sick of when I take a base and they want to speak to me, I click ok, but nothing happens.

I haven't downloaded the v4 patch.
As far as I know, the longer waiting times had been expressed by many and one of the things that's going to put us off in any game, surfing the net, queuing up at restaurants...blah blah , is to get us waiting
