Hi, there. Me and my twin Brother just setup a Starcraft site in the recent time. It's located at

It really took a lot of work and tweaking to put such a marveleous SC site. Please pay a visit and tell me what you think about and please spread out the news as much as you can. If you are interested to have a link to my site, I'm more than happy to add them in!

Starcraft is a terrible game that doesn't deserve a good site. I didn't go to your site since it would be a waste of my time, and all that work you put into it was a waste of time on your part.
That's my opinion, and I'm stickin with it.

Oh...I did no know that Starcraft is another name for SMAC. Uh...links don't work.
But, gd how much I love those gd popup windows that refresh every 2 minutes, I really do...not

I found an Idiot who can't tell the difference between the NON-SMAC board and the SMAC Game board! WOW!
Ok, seriously tho, ZRand007, SC kicks (well, kicked, not too many people still play it, I think Diablo had a longer running time) ass.

Actually I used to play Starcraft a lot before I finally relised it sucked and had a public burning. Now the only rts I play are AOE and C&C Red Alert.

Just because I don't like SC doesn't mean I don't like RTS games. I own Command and Conquer, C&C Red Alert with Counterstrike and Aftermath, Warcraft, Warcraft II with Dark Portal, and Pax Imperia. I have Tiberian Sun reserved, and I am saving to get AOE. I usually like RTS better than TBS.

Actually, no offense to the C&C crowd, by I can't stand those types of games. (Not RTS, just the C&C clones).
The units are smaller than Monica lewinsky's sex appeal, the interface blows, and the general graphics pale in comparison to ANY Blizzard game. (With the POSSIBLE-not definite, exception of WC1)

Well the graphics are definitely amazing in Soulblighter. I have only played the demo so I couldnt say much about the full game experience though.

Old Warrior, the strategies you have to think of to pull of some of the SP levels are
unbelievable, and of course, you will both hate, and know you really need the dwarven
units....
NOOOO YOU IDOIT, don't blow THEM up those are MY troops!!!
But, if you could land a nice mortar round in that mass of thrall...

Horgawitz....in RTS,I am used to killing my own troops at times because of the difficulty in keeping the units together in a coherent formation. Especially in AoE when my cats blow the **** out of everything. What a pain in the ass sometimes. But I have learned to live with them cause you cant live without them.

I read this thread just for laughs....and it worked!
I actually just bought AOE as part of a discount pak with the expansion. Now I wish I hadn't. I forget how I dislike playing RTS games. AOE had looked interesting, and I'd been thinking of buying it for a while. Now I'm already sick of telling villagers to cut down a tree or spear a fish.
It lasted 2 days before I put the SMAC cd back in the drive. It'll probably go to get HD space next cleanup.

OW, I wouldn't mind the labotomized dwarvs throwng a grenade in the middle of my troops to get one enemy as much is I could build more... as it is you just can't afford the losses, of course it just adds to the mayhem and chaos, wich if used correctly makes eerything easier.
