We seem to be the only two buttheads up for the last few hours so we are gonna hold the party in this thread. Happy freakin 4th to Nell,MikeH, Bossman, RCand the rest of our British elders. As you know basically England is like Americas Mum,right? We are just the spoiled overgrown rotten kid with the bad accent. |

You know my wife is on her way to NY for a few days and she is gonna stop at the Midway diner tommorrow off interstate 78 in Pennsylvania and meet with 2 of her on line friends from Yahoo chat. They know each other pretty well and have common friends who have met all of them. This is the first time my wife will meet these people in person and I just think that is pretty cool to meet people in person whom you have gotten to know online. We have a few of us who are in a pretty close proximity to each other and maybe we can get together some time. I think that would really be great.And when I go out west to visit my sister and brother in Ca., I have an invite from Goob that I am definitely going to tke him up on. .... Party hearty...and dont drink and post. :~~~ |

Yeah but I dont drink....havent had one in 8 years nor smoked a bone for over 9 or 10 years now. ...Hey I just went over to ACOL and posted a new topic for MtG...I took him up on his offer . |

I downloaded quite a few good MP3's tonight from....audiohighway.com......Does anyone have the addresses of some other really good MP3 sites so that I could steal...er I mean download some more stuff. That site I mentioned seemed a little limited. Help a music junkie out ok? |

Party on! Patch 4 will be soon. No more missiles teleporting to their targets. No more units switching base support! No more bunkers from turn one. And a few more no mores. Hey, I wonder what other items vanished, and if the A-not-I got some new logic about Air Forces and Marine Operations? They said those were two areas targetted for improvement (due to the noise here and elsewhere, I suspect). Holiday! Yeah! -Darkstar |

Old_W: Late reply I know... Hmmm I don't think you'd much like the MP3s that Trip and I are fond of (unless I misjudge you, and you're a secret raver in your spare time... hehe). I know plenty of legitimate and not-so-legitimate sites for rave-type MP3s, but I guess you wouldn't want those. For general MP3s, the link below claims to be able to find 99% of all the music that's on the Net, and it's usually pretty good. http://scour.net/ Nell... wondering what the Mayflower crew would make of the old colony now... |

OK, I know I'm late but I was gone. Laid in a ditch, completely done with my South African neighbours. (rule : never live next door to South Africans, Poles, Slovaks, Australians, Latvians or me - if you do your liver will suffer) 4/7 (or 7/4 as you and Gates would have us say) is a big deal over here because this marks our independence from.....
