I borrowed the game from a friend of mine.. Just dont have the manual. Trying to play multiplay with another friend. How do I agree to make a pact with him. We couldnt figure it out.

There is a button which suggests pact in bottom right of the dialog screen. It is partialy covered by timer on my screen, not sure if that on all computers. All you have to do, is both choose that option and click agree.
