I have never seen this happen before and it occured several times during my game after installing the new patch. In one of my cities, I began building a secret project and started directing my supply crawlers to that city to assist. After a turn or 2, I checked back and to my suprise, my city was producing Mindworms. No, my governor was turned off. So, I thought, it could be me, lets set it back to secret project production and continue spreading my influence around the globe. Checked back a turn or 2 later, frikin mindworms again... I gave up and started the project in another city but certainly makes me wonder whats up?

I also had a bug in version 3.0 that hasn't happened in any of the other version. When you right click on a faction leader and select "demand to withdraw your troops," then the window will pop up way on the top of the screen. I read the two choices but not the main text. This screen worked fine in version 2. |

It looks like lots of people are having problems with v 3.0 (see the "Gamespot v.3" thread.I haven't tried it yet, but the way things sound, it looks like a v 4.0 "enhancement" is coming up.... (we all know it's a patch, why do they call it an enhancement?). CrayonX |

It's called an enhancement because there are so many things they're improving, in addition to a few nasty bugs they're squashing.James |
