Yeah... My brother told me to download the patch so I came here, but... no patch! I was surprised to know that it is only on GameSpot. I mean, yeah, Gamespot has a huge following but why not make the friggin patch available here too? I mean, "exclusive" availability doesn't apply to Firaxis (who, incidentally, made the game)... does it? |

First the review of SMAC, now the exclusive patch--so exclusive the Firaxis staff can't even get ahold of it on their own web site... Does GamesSpot have that much influence on the industry? If anything, I read the players' reviews and pretty much ignore what the paid reviwers have to say. Wish I had done that for SMAC, though... Yin |
