now there I am in the final stage of my completely highscore-optimised game, it's the
year 2498, I've got 280k energy, just completed 'Voice of the Planet' & intended to
buy the Transcendence wonder - the problem is, I can't. Doesn't appear in the production list. I'm absolutely, positively sure I didn't mess with the 'ways to win' options in the game settings on start-up; when I actually started a new game just to verify this via 'Fast start', all victory types were
eligible.

Is this a bug or did I go horribly wrong somewhere? Push coming to shove, any takes on how I can mod the savegame to get that friggin' wonder?
