Some thoughts about transcendance...
In general, this thing seems to be somewhat not-well created way to the victory. Of cause it's expensive to build, but IMHO not much.
Thinking about thing that stands behind it. Why the hell would people just go somewhere they don't actually understand where, what is the idea? To become part of some strange super-brain? I can't really catch the idea. This seems to be possible if you play Yang, but I think that it's neccessary to explain people the benefits of that transcendance they should pray themsalves for (heh, it seems that for anyone but leader of that faction it's zero). I suppose we then need a high Police rating (in this case they're executioners, actually) to start AoT project.

For instance, look at the final interlude (after AoT completion). heh, reminds some crazied brain-in-the-tin thingie...
