In my current effort to improve strained relations with Brother Greg, I thought I might offer a friendly little limerick. It goes like this. There's an Aussie lad named Brother Greg.
Who spent one day tapping a keg. He turned to friend Yin, with a delivilish grin, "You made me so mad I'd break your leg!" +)

Oh, man, you're worse than the Kiwis. It is pronounced Beeeeer, not BEAH. Oh, Shining1, I can see how he'd prefer Aussie beers. After tasting American beers personally, sewer water would probably taste better, AND have a higher alcohol content. |

Doctor D:OUTSTANDING! Shining1'
My only fear about NZ beer is that I could probably drink enough to terraform down your fine country. Where would it leave you if I did that? uncleroggy out |

Thank you very much uncleroggy. Since the forum broke down yesterday I re-posted this one to "Tribute to Yin" (with altered last verse). |

BG: Yanky Beer (shudder). Yes, I can see where he's coming from. And I'll admit, Tooheys does bring back some fond memories - 'Aussie' night in 94 - watching THE best game of rugby league I have ever see in my life - first match of State of Origin for that year, and drinking the sponsor's product for a bit of laugh. Went down quite well, actually.Ah, happy times. It's odd, though - a country that sells XXXX (the most honest beer title of all ) and VB alongside Tooheys and your collection of excellent wines. A divided society? Hmm. Or maybe there is something in the idea that us Kiwis are more discerning (read: 'upyerselves') than Australians. Uncleroggy: Nah, we're used to engineers in this country - you sound like you'd fit in no problems . And if all else fails we can just stick you on an offshore island for the duration of your stay...
