I saw a poster advertising the sale of a number of computer games, among them SMAC. So deem my surprise when I notice that the box depicted is not at all the Normal "Seven Strips of Faction leader faces + A picture of planet" box, but one with SMACABRD written across the top (not the abbreviation, but the actual words), Electronic Arts and The Firaxis logo in the corner. the rest of the box was basically a picture of Space. Is this a real box? Or has �hlens been at it again?

That was actually an early prototype for a box that still shows up once in a while.
