Hello. I made units with the drop pod ability and the special project to drop anywhere. But I don't know how to drop my units? ::grins like an idiot:: And I checked the manual and readme texts but no instructions to drop or psi gate. Can someone tell me how to use these two options please? Thanks a bunch.

Are you sure you read your Manual well enough? To make an air drop, press I (for insertion) and click the square you want the unit to drop to. Shift+I will let you use a psi gate.

Also, apparently, you can right-click on a square to drop into it.

Not quite the orginal question, but I am so jazzed I had to post it...
Psi gate rule! If you build them in costal/marine bases, it is possible to gate SHIPS!!! I am trilled. Capture an enemy base with a little floatila (every faction throws little sea colonies off shore) and then buy a PSI gate and BOOM, here comes the rest of your Sub Signularity Battleships and Sub Cariers to attack their contient...
I guess its more of an issue on large maps...
