Whew. I finally finished it. Now, go download it at:
http://members.tripod.com/IB97palj
Note: You must have the full version of SMAC to use this theme, installed in the default directory. You must also have installed the "Alpha Centauri" font found in the game's directory. (These aren't included to keep the file size low and to stop any copyright problems).

I think it is an good idea, but I have the game in a different directory.
Can I edit the directory somehow?

I'll try to compile a "full version" tomorrow. If not, you can change (a) the sounds to those in your game directory, and (b) the icon for "My Computer" to the Terran.exe Icon. Those are the only two things, I think.
