Could you tell us an ETA, and maybe give us a hint about what is in it? Than way we could stop complaining about things that are already fixed.

According to Firaxis, 'as soon as humanly possible'. Can you expect anything more?
YES, you can! Download the US version of TERRAN.EXE, then apply the US patch.
Check the threads for the URL (forgot where...)
