Anyone willing to give me some help on this? Mainly need to know what is what. My main goal is to TRY to get believers playable (envisions that) hmmm orange board (shudders) Is is possible to change the colors?

Try the Factions forum. There are a number of posts that more or less explain some things. Look in the faction.txt file for everything that you can do. Changing colors is not possible, to my knowledge.
