once you've forced a faction into submission, they are *usually* worthless (depending on how much you had to beat them). Why not scrap and recycle every base improvement at all the caputured bases, rake in a ton of credits, then cede the worthless bases back to your pact brother so he can rebuild his empire and supply you with military, economic, and technological support? |
