So there I am, waging a war against our favourite veggie, far from my homebase. (I brought the war to her by shipping in some probes and stealing "Greenwood Gate" or some such city. I'm having a hard time of it, what with all her "Chaos Artillery" running around, but at least my home base is safe... Hah! Then, alluva sudden, a Gaian "Fusion Missile" appears, out of nowhere, and eats my nice little stack of 17 artifacts, that I was saving for a rainy day... Can missiles _do_ that??!!! I mean, she had _no_ cities near me; not even allied cities. (I checked, 'cos I had just probed her world map.) I didn't even see it fly in, it appeared and smacked me... What gives? |

It has been asked before.  Qouting from www.sidgames.com: " BR remembered today that he left out off range-to-target checking for AI planet busters. This will be fixed the in next patch. |

OK, thanks thue... I presume this is for all kinds of missiles, not just PBs? 'cos that missile that ate my artifacts was a conventional payload version... |
