Nothing is wrong with this game !!
The game is the most fun and addictive game since civ2. That is the only thing that counts.

Unrealistic ? - not so, last time I visited Alpha Centauri it was exactly like this !

You know, you're right. It is too unrealistic! I want it more realistic like other science fiction games like, Starcraft, Total Annihilation, anything Star Trek, anything Star Wars, etc. I want it more realistic like all games involving magic, war, monetary systems, sports, or any game in which generalizations are made and some data has to be glossed over.
You know what? I want a game so real that only the professionals that actually do the work modeled can play that game. That way they could leave their work and go play it at night...
Or maybe you want a game that reflects the current world situation...that way you could pretend to be a warlord in Namibia and attempt to subvert the US? That would be successful...and dull...

what does Xplain mean? is it some corrupted version of "explain"? And why is he adressing uranium?

I think he is poking fun at all those people who think the game sucks becuase they are illetrate and can't understand any of the techs.
