I was in a situation where i had just destroyed the lone defender of a sea base belonging to the Believers with a needlejet bomber and then i toke the base with a ship, then i get sister Miriam on the com saying if i give back the base we can have peace, ok i was not looking for a fight so i gave back the sea base to the Believers, now this happen, my ship has now change over to the Believers and my bomber which where right next to the sea base has disappeared ?

Was the city you gave to the Beleivers by any chance supporting the units in question? I think sometimes when you take a city it switches support on the units that took it, though I'm not sure of this.

I've noticed a minor bug in which units occasionally just disappear. I initially chalked it up to a failure of the messaging system to inform me when a city was unable to support a given unit but the other night I had a very visible unit (my first chaos copter of the night) just vanish from my capitol city. I built it, flew it once, and then never saw it again. I'd like to stress that this is a very minor bug that I've seen 2 or 3 times at most, well into long games and not repeated in the same game. I haven't a clue as to what the cause is.
