It the replay, terraform changes are not taken into consideration. The map at replay is the map shown. If you have terraform a landbridge in mid game, the replay will show it as if the land is there all along.

It also lacks information other events such as secret projects and cities taken. And I can view it only once. I still remember the detailed replay of civ 1 fondly.
