Has anyone else had trouble receiving their password or getting help fron GameGuides when trying to download their new AC guide? they don't seem to be responding to me in spite of repeated e-mails and calls?!

Worked for me, from Australia via Linux Netscape 4.5. Is your line reliable? Any packet losses? I won't insult a USAF pilot's intelligence by asking whether on the website all the right buttons in all the right windows were pushed in the correct order.
(Took me a bit of working out, though.)
