Having been elected Planetary Governor, I found that I don't seem to have the powers the manual promises. Specifically, I do not have an infiltrator in every faction.
Does anyone else have this problem?
I was playing as Morgan and found best use of Gov status was to get trade rates doubled. Any other ideas as to best use of Gov status?

They say they have fixed this for the next patch.
