Although I have the Secrets of AC tech
I still can't build the Temple.My alpha.txt
says that the preq for ToP is AlphCen,meaning Secrets of AC.Is this a bug or what?

You can't build Temples until someone has built the Voice of Planet. After that happens, Secrets is the prequisite.

Can alpha.txt be changed so that the Voice of Planet is no longer a prerequisite.I mean ,when you build the Voice you really don't need the Temple any longer,for transcendce awaits.
