Well? How do you do that? I can't figure it out for some stupid reason.I've beaten SMAC on talent and I STILL haven't figured it out. HELP!

You must have Orbital Defense Pods, first.
Then go to the Satellite Screen (F6) and go to Orbital Attack View. Select the faction and satellite you want to kill, and a big ATTACK! button should appear. Click to confirm your attack.
