Select square on the map with non-rocky and free of any improvements terrain. Then click on terrain view window. You can often see something like "Nutrients: 2, with farm: 2" or "Nutrients: 1, with farm: 1". Why for the most squares the +1 bonus for farm is not shown? Is this bug or am I missing something?

Not all resource squares get an extra bonus for adding an improvement. If it says nutrients 1, with farm 1, it means just that. Putting a farm on this square just won't help it produce more. So it's not a bug.

Actually, I can not find even ONE square in my game where "with farm" is larger than "nutrients".

Please, someone check it in your game! Try to find any square for which terrain view window displays # of nutrients "with farm" grater then just "nutrients".

I have several times seen moist squares that say Nutrients - 1 with Farm - 1. However, when I build a farm, I do get 2 nutrients from the square. I haven't seen it with Rainy squares yet. The extra complication with rainy squares is if you haven't gotten to the right tech, a farm actually doesn't get you any more nutrients, and the 2-2 report is technically correct. Hopefully once you have the tech, it corrects to 2-3.
