I would love to see a city report screen where I can sort by surplus resources (nutrients, energy, or minerals). Or just one that displays them unsorted. Right now I have to comb through all my cities to find cities with high minerals. I know there's a best base option, but sometimes I need the 2nd or 3rd best base.
