Sometimes when I am just starting out in a game and a mind worms attacks and kills my scout (given to me by default) It will then move into the base.. But The base isnt destroyed.. As far as I can tell the worm just moves in and disapears.. Why is this?

Does your base have a population > 1? If so, the mindworms will just kill one population and vanish.

Ahh then that must explain it. I'm sure I probably ahd two or so..

It also will destroy an improvement if you have one as well.
