i went to download v2.0 for the game, and the website states that it is a beta patch. when i posted to the alt.game.firaxis.alpha-centauri newsgroup, someone stated that the patch was NOT a beta? so what gives? is it a beta? or not? and if it is a beta, when is the real patch coming out? i have had some issues in the past involving beta patches, so i want to wait for the real thing to come... |

I'm not certain why the web page states it is a beta. As far as Firaxis is concerned, it is final. jkm firaxis games |
