Oh yeah one more thing how do you select the amount of opponents you want to play with. This game has such a high learning curve and i don't want to deal with mulitple opponents at one my first game. I havn't even begun to really play yet and i got it friday.

As far as I know, you can only play with all seven factions active. There might be a text file hack to reduce that number, but I'm not sure what it is. On the easier difficulty levels, they don't prove too much of a problem.
