This is a dumb question but I have not had a chance to play the game that much, though I plan to play most of today, anyway my question is that if I have my probe team commit genetic warfare first can I frame another race and second will that race suffer the reprocutions of commiting that atrocity. I think that the answer is yes to both but I would appreciate any imput you have on this subject. Thanks in advance |
