How do you toggle blind research on/off?

during the setup screens in the game there should be a menu that allows you to pick, play standard rules, play current rules, or play custom rules. Select play custom rules and a list will appear, you can toggle this rule off in the list.

Its a good rule and I'm glad its default, but I agree if your new you should be toggling it off. You'll learn the game much faster if you can see all the options.
