I bought Alpha Centauri yesterday and like the game quite a bit, but can't hide my disapointment in the lack of Hot Seat play. Will this be addressed in a patch, Like CivII was? Do the designers read these boards? Thanks for the info, and if I am posting in the wrong area forgive me!

All of FIRAXIS reads these boards, and hotseat is already finished and the patch will be released on our website very soon (like in a few days).
On the bright side, you have about a hundred hours to play SMAC single-player!
