RC: lmao... perfect... now I won't ever be able to see Lal's face again without imagining him intoning nasally "Ooooh, Matron!" Nell... wondering whether anyone could ever be frightened of Chairman Hawtrey, though? Unless of course he enlisted Corazon Sims to help keep his rabble under control... hehe |

HelloKitty:They don't count - the Carry Ons were a series of British films all with much the same cast the others you mention never appeared. Now we could run the thread of - "What Red Dwarf character reminds you most of what SMAC Character. Or... I've another idea keep your eyes open.... Nell: I think the diplomacy screens would be marvellous. Lal popping up and saying "stop messing about give me tech or else etc...). Now, there's another idea - custom editing the faction files to use Carry On phrases. Resource Consumer - down to earth for once - |

HelloKitty,It may never have crossed to your side of the atlantic but the other one I was thinking of was "which Blake's 7 Characters would correspnd to the faction leaders". You get extra points if you can name them and state which material the sets were made out of. Am I on a planet of my own or do I make sense to anyone else Resouce Consumer - done -

Actually, Blake's 7 has crossed the ocean. (Although I admit I haven't watched it yet =) )But I think a rather entertaining thread would be: Which character on 'Are You Being Served' does each faction leader remind you off. =P Interesting possibilities there, I think... Lal-Mr. Humphries Morgan-Mr. Rumbold (greedy little ********) Miriam-Mrs. Slocombe Geia-Miss. Brahms Yang-Cpt(corporal). Peacock Zakharov- I don't honestly know. I keep thinking maybe Mr. Grainger, but I also can't think a reason for why. Help me out. Santiago- Same problem as Zak. I'm thinking putting Slocombe here, but Santiago isn't as big a bitch as Miriam. Imagine the commlink talks: -Yang to Lal- *Lal are you free?* (high pitched voice) *I'm free!* Wank

Wank.Good one. I would suggest Mr Grace's Nurse/Secretary as Deidre and transferring Miss Brahms to Santiago. Maybe, we could think of the scruffy guy, Mr Harman (not Mr HARDMAN by the way), who kept shifting things around as Zak. Why? Because I can' tthink of a Grainger link either. |

Grainger is planet. Sleepy and calm at times but watch out when he gets his dander up!!As for Blake's 7 it has crossed the Atlantic. The only way to see them were on videocassette so I have only seen a few episodes. Our local PBS staion started showing the show one hour a week two weeks ago so I will learn and then I will know everything. Kitty depresed by the state of Rowan Atkinson's career |
