Since some of my PBEM games are dragging, I decided to check out and download some of aceplayer's scenarios from his site at: http://www.geocities.com/TimesSquare/Dome/3802/
There's a few very minor annoyances in some of them (too many unused unit designs in the workshop being my only real complaint), but overall, they're an interesting diversion and worth checking out. He's put some work into the site and the scenarios, and I'll contribute some scenario designs when I have a chance. I think we should support and encourage everybody who goes to some effort to expand interest and keep playability in the game.
Ace - two suggestions - it would be cool if the player name was recorded for those of us who will up the high scores on your scenarios, and it might also be cool to have a top five list for the different scenarios.
Also, when you get scenario designs from other players, post their names too, and it might be cool to have a scenario design contest with players voting on different elements such as map, original idea, level of challenge, overall design, etc.

thanks - will do all your suggestions
you can destroy unused units - freeing up support resources. thats part of maximizing your score

ace - I was referring to the unit desings in the workshops, not units themselves. It looked like the scenarios I've started playing were run with autodesign on, and I spent most of my time killing those designs, so I could create my own favored mix.
