Over THERE, in the promised land, where SMAC's and CtP's coexist is (relative) harmony, and ideas flow free, they have a wonderous new technology. The EDIT button. In the interests of progress, and so that our children will not have to grow up in a world with double posts, odd misspeltings, great HMTL formating errors, and countless addedum to messages to the effect of "Sorry, I meant blah instead of blah", we should all lobby our local Firaxian to bring this wonderous new invention to OUR forums, that we might enjoy a brighter tommorrow. |

Don't be fooled by the powers (edit button) of the darkside! They are just trying to lure you away from the Almighty SMAC! Sure they've got the edit button and little blue faces, but do they have hallucenogenic drugs and free rabies shots? I THINK NOT! Delgath. |

Thanks Mark, many of us were already lured in Apolyton by the efficiency of your updated BB sw (not to mention the wide coverage of Civ-related games & issues). But for many of us this forum is moththerland, we won't quit it easily (I prefer the color settings here too ). Now we have also the excellent job Asian Flu is doing with his ACOL Board. Feeling like Cosmopolyton (I wonder why I'm imagining you with moustaches, like Mark Slackmeyer in "Doonesbury" comics...) What I fail to understand, is that at work (via proxy) Apolyton is MUCH slower (mortal plodding) than Firaxis BB, while at home via modem it's slightly faster. MariOne |

the apolyton forum never updates which posts I have seen and haven't. The dark blue lines are hard to read too. The colosr scheme on these are much better |
