The PK's seem to have a lot of power with their increased votes in council, so what I want to know is, do YOU use that power to keep the peace, or do you use it to wage war, and eventually kill the planet. (Along with everyone else).

The key word here is "Seems to". The Peacekeepers suck big, unwashed, smelly ass.

I dunno ever sice I replaced Lie's picture with cartman's, my game has improved at least 50% when deal with the AI

Without a doubt, Uop leader. Damn I can't type his name. The reason why I didn't choose morgan, is that kenny is poor and morgan is anything but that. And Uop in the hands of the AI gets slaughtered by the other AI's
Now that I think about it, Kyle would be morgan, just for that "why does everyone hates me?" diplomancy comniques begging for help.
