What, so far, has been either has been or will be fixed and/or modified in the 4.0 patch so I know what bugs or quirks don't need to be reported.
New bug I found: The Blink ability usually does not appear in the special abilities menu. Has this been noticed already?

Usually by the time you get blink special abilities, the special ability screen is overflowing. Use the little scroll arrows on the right to scroll down and see all of the abilities.
