I'm sure you're all familiar with the Interludes in SMAC...you all know the one where your advisor is killed leading by enemy soldiers and she's burned to death? This has happened to me several times, but the best one was the last game I played. I had repealed the UN Charter and was PBing the hell out of everyone, and then Yang retaliates by PBing a couple ocean bases nearby to him. One of these bases had a mindworm boil in it, THE mindworm boil with the advisor. So I got the interlude, saying, "They turned the flame guns on her." That's one friggin big flame gun. |
