Well, I'm not so sure about Yang being the automatic winner. I mean, yeah, ok, he's a 15th-degree black belt in every martial art and has complete and total control over every involuntary/voluntary muscle and nerve system in his body ... but still! Miriam has GOD on her side.
Think about it, Yang circle-strafes and preps to feing followed by a dizzyingly fast roundhouse; but Miriam, thanks to the powers vested in her, senses it ahead of time -invokes a spiritual hammer ... and bonks Yang on the head with it.
Then again, maybe she just turns on her GOD-granted "amazingly annoying and ugly" powers, Yang is blinded ... but even without sight he shoves his foot so far up her ass she grows a SHOE TREE!

Well, if Yang (by popular consensus) is going to win ... what if we handicapped him?
Would Miriam stand a chance if:
-Yang has right arm tied behing back
-Yang has BOTH arms tied behind back
-Yang has to fight on his knees
-Yang has to fight sitting down
-Yang has to fight partially blinded
-Yang has to fight fully blind
-Yang has to fight deaf.
-Yang has to fight deaf AND blind.
-Yang has to fight with both arms tied behind his back, on his knees, and fully blind AND deaf.
Which degree of handicap would be necessary to insure a fair fight? Could there even BE a fair fight with Miriam (under any circumstances ?
Fortiter fideliter forsan ... feliciter?

Well I think Yang would have to be muted for there to be a fair fight. If any of you guys read the story Yang can make people commit suicide by talkting to them.

What's so good about that? I know people who can make others commit suicide just when they walk into the same room (albeit not for the same reasons as Yang).

As to who will win, I believe Yang will win, just like if you put the Hive against the Believers. The Hive is stated as getting free Perimeter Defenses and the Believers as an extra 25% attack ability. The strength of the Believers in in their attack, but only in their attack. If they don't attack, they are usually very weak defensewise. The Hive can always go hide when the going gets tough. Just as in a faction battle, Yang is also going to get a wall to hide behind or a closet to hide in when Meriam starts awailing. After Meriam gets her hand all banged up from hitting the wall or closet door, and gets totally exausted from getting nowhere, Yang then will pop out and pop her in the nose and fight will be all over, just like happens when the two factions fight.

Yang. Miriam would fall to her knees praying to her damn god to kill yang with a lightning bolt, that is until Yang knocked her head off with one punch and then got out of there before his missiles slammed into the building from 100 spaces away.

LOL! That was a good one about the missiles. hehe. Actually, given the strength of Yang's fuel-less missiles why even fight personally? Just order the building destroyed ... one less faction to deal with, no?
