I noticed today in playing SMAC there's:
3 women,
2 black guys (okay, one of them is brown)
1 asian guy
And only one white guy! They should all be WASPs. Because everyone knows them wimmin don't know nuthin'. Don't even get me started on them uppity nee-groes!

(note to stupid people: This message is full of what we call 'sarcasm'. Please look it up before you start yelling at me. Thank you.)

Well, 2 white guys would put the others at such an unfair disadvantage that Firaxis decided to only put one in. Even now, he can kick the crap out of everyone else.
(This was intended as a joke, I do not actually feel this way, at least openly in front of a group of people I don't know.)

I think there is a clear case of discrimination here. Look at the breakdown:
7 factions, 7 continents
There is an obvious breakdown, yet:
1 North American
1 South American (or is Santiago Middle American?)
2 Asians
2 Europeans (counting Russia in Europe)
and 1 African
What's up with this?
I mean, Asia may have half the world population, but why should they get 2 of 7 faction leaders?
In fact, Firaxis has clearly given a slap to Australia by denying that any Australian could lead a faction on Alpha Centari. It's fairly obvious that Firaxis does not respect the diversity of this planet.
Further, consider the quality of the faction leaders:
0.1 North America
0.4 South America
1.0 Asia
0.5 Africa
5.0 Europe
By making the UoP far superior in philosophy and overall power to any other faction, Firaxis is showing a bias for Russia specifically and Europe in general. They also seem to consider all North Americans to be useless and annoying women who are eliminated early in the game.
As an American, I find this outrageous! I call for everyone on the forum to express their outrage by making a large number of sarcastic posts under this topic. We cannot allow this discrimination to coninue!

Let me explain the nature of this thread to those who don't get it. You see the majority of those who post knucklehead remarks and then say "just kidding folks" somehow believe that this lame attempt make people think their childish behavior is something other than moronic. The only sarcastic statements here are when the children say: "This message is full of what we call 'sarcasm'". Grow up!

We are too to ours, and these are that he's altogether flameable.

MoSe, if you need the compound for a successful flame, long as you don't do it on me, I don't have the good asbestos jacket anymore. Go to www.flamable****.com, you should be able to by what ever you need there, from simple gasoline, to napalm. If not, just go download an anarchist handbook, these can be found at any respectable anarchy site. You could also go to barnes and nobles, or what ever bookstore you have around, and buy this book. Oh, and for the flamethrower itself, don't look at shear range alone, look at how hot it can get before it melts, it's spread patter (you don't want to hit bystanders ), and the most important fact, will it blow up on you?
