I encountered this bug a few times: when I am late in the game, it happends that I get notified that I am receiving an urgent message from a faction's leader. In that window, I can only click OK. Then, the same window appears one or two more times and finally, the specific faction breaks a treaty or declare vendetta upon me. That can be frustrating when trying to establish good relationship with other factions.

Yes, I've run into that same bug. I was in a huge war with Yang (I was playing the Gaians), and I received the "urgent message" pop-up. I had to click OK twice (sometimes three times) in order to know WTH Yang had to say. But it wasn't very annoying to me. I think I can live with that.
